Note : we provide the standard export documentation for your shipment in accordance to its destination, but we cannot be held accountable for any customs fees, taxes, duties, tariffs or import restrictions by your local customs office. The customer is liable for the import of their goods once they have arrived in their country of destination.
If customs have held your shipment, and opened it to check the content, we cannot be liable for the correct repacking of the shipment. Please check the package before accepting the shipment, and report any issues directly to the delivering authority.

Option 2: we handle the shipping to your European forwarder

Method: airfreight (DHL) or road freight (DB Schenker)
Payment terms:  the shipping costs (EU) will be included on the invoice

The ExA has to be issued in the last country before the shipment exits the EU. Based on this requirement, your shipment will leave our warehouse with invoice and packing list only, as we consider your forwarder will handle the procedure. If not, please inform us.

Please kindly note no export documents can be issued retrospectively (i.e. after the goods have exited our warehouse).

Speech 3.jpg

Your invoice will be tax-free (export of goods). By settling the Ex-Works invoice, you become legally liable to provide us with the proof of export within 30 days. Please ask your forwarder to send us the Ex-A once it has been issued.

Option 3: you arrange collection at our warehouse

Incoterms : EXW
Payment terms: no shipping costs, export document costs when applicable

The customer takes full responsibility for all costs associated with the shipping. We cannot be responsible for arranging or paying any costs related to the shipping, and will only handle the packing and warehousing of the items until collection point.

We will provide you with the shipment details (weight + dimensions) and we expect you to notify us in advance with your chosen shipping method:

-        If you arrange collection at our warehouse with DHL Express, UPS, Fedex or equivalent, we expect the airway bill to be sent to us by email at least 48hours before collection. If you need us to contact them, please provide us with a current phone number and a valid account number.
