Each piece in the Drift Vessels collection explores the quiet tension between form and function, permanence and fluidity. Crafted from hand-blown glass and sculpted wood, these vessels exist in a space between sculpture and utility.
At first glance, they appear as unified, monolithic forms—organic in shape and evocative of natural erosion or the gentle pull of water. Yet, these works can be carefully unstacked, revealing their dual purpose as functional vessels. The glass, rich with caramel hues and luminous depth, refracts light into fluid shadows, while the wood retains its raw edge, grounding each piece in nature.
