Splash
handblown glass, Czechia / hand turned wood, Finland
The Splash Stacking Vessel takes its name from the spontaneous beauty of a water splash—fluid, energetic, and full of movement.
Like a chameleon, Splash adapts with ease, its fluid silhouette and balanced dual tones allowing it to live effortlessly in any space.
When unstacked, it transforms into a generous, rounded glass vase with a delicate opening, accompanied by a wide wooden bowl—two elements flowing together in visual harmony.

Glass Blowing
dual
For our Splash we work with two colours. This means the glass bubble is dipped into two colour pots to take on two colours.
Blowing
In order to blow the dual coloured bubble out smoothly, it needs to be heated and shaped and two layers of clear glass added to its surface. With this weight and volume of glass, the bubble can be blown into the mould.
Cooling
Once the piece is blown, it has to cool down at the end of the pipe until it can be put into the cooling oven.
